I have an ordination date!
I’m going to be ordained as a Minister in the Uniting Church in Australia on Sunday, April 13, at the Church of All Nations, Carlton at 2 pm. Anyone who wants to be there is warmly welcome.

Who I am
My name is Avril Hannah-Jones. I am the minister at the Romsey, Lancefield, Riddells Creek and Mount Macedon Uniting Churches. After spending eighteen months as what the Uniting Church calls a “Ministry Intern” I was ordained on October 5, 2008 and am now a Minister of the Word. So, occasionally this blog will feature sermons and other products of my ministerial life. At other times I’ll blog about absolutely anything upon which I feel like commenting.
